All Applicants undergo Three Stages of Selection Process:

  • Written test
  • Group Discussion
  • Personal Interview
  • All Applicants are selected from following streams:

  • B.E/ B. Tech (EEE, ECE, Comp. Science)
  • MCA,M. Sc (Comp. Science)
  • MBA (Finance/ Production/ MIS/ Systems Management)
  • All Consultants selected undergo a structured initial induction program for a period of 14 weeks in the company premises, which includes:

  • Introduction to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  • Six Sigma Methodology
  • SEI CMM and relationship to Oracle Applications
  • Soft skills development including cross culture, communication, presentation
  • GreenChain’s Methodologies for implementation, Upgrade, Maintenance
  • Change Management, Helpdesk Calls and “Art of working with Oracle”
  • Oracle Technologies covering Forms, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions
  • Oracle Applications (System Administration, Technology, Alerts, Workflow, Flex-fields)
  • Oracle Applications in one stream (Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, HRMS)
  • After the induction program, consultants work either on product development or deputed to client locations both in India and overseas depending on their skills and client needs.
